Extended Stay America Suites - Richmond - Glen Allen - Short Pump

I honestly have always had a great experience staying here at this particular location . The staff is wonderful and helpful. My rooms are always clean and smell fresh and the beds are very comfortable. I recently had to stay at another hotel and it was way more expensive and nowhere near as nice.

The suite was a two bedroom unit with a TV in each bedroom, this was nice because my brother was with us and we went to bed much earlier than him so he could have his TV on longer. Also, there was a TV in the living room area. The suite was very "homey" with the kitchenette and was decorated in neutral colors with wood trim.

The location was great the area was nice

I have stayed a many Extended Stay America locations and this is one of the nicest I have seen. The staff at this location are truly concerned about guests having a positive experience. The location feels safe and secluded in an upscale office park. The property is within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the mattress is comfy. Everything has been fantastic, especially for this price point. This is like a little hidden gem...
